FundScrip Gift Card Fundraiser
We're back with another year of FundScrip! With Christmas coming up, this is a perfect opportunity to earn fundraising dollars by paying for your everyday purchases, Christmas gifts and teacher gifts with gift cards.
DEADLINE to order is Monday November 17, 2025.
What is it:
FundScrip is the largest gift card fundraising company in Canada. FundScrip is a fundraising program that lets you raise funds simply by purchasing gift cards to the stores you are already shopping at. Instead of paying with your credit/debit card, you pay with a gift card bought from FundScrip. It's dollar for dollar and no extra fees are taken off. Example: You purchase a $100 grocery card and you will receive a $100 gift card and a percentage of your purchase will be donated to your skater.
What stores participate:
There are over 300 retailers across Canada that participate in FundScrip. Categories include: grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants and coffee shops, apparel stores, children / toy stores, department stores, entertainment (ie Cineplex.Chapters), health/beauty (ie Sephora, Shoppers Drug Mart), home & garden stores, specialty stores, sports and leisure stores, and Travel companies (WestJet, Uber).
How do I order:
NEW THIS YEAR: All orders will be done online through the FundScrip platform. No paper forms are required.

How do I submit payment:
Please send an etransfer to treasurer@blackgoldsynchro.com on / before November 17. Automatic deposit is set up, so please be sure to reference your skater, team name and FundScrip in the message.
When can I expect the Gift Cards:
Gift cards will arrive late November and will be distributed out to the skaters at that time.
Notes:
As the fundraiser will close in November, the November (not October) promotions will apply. This fundraiser is not impacted by the Canada Post Strike as they will be shipped as a group via courier. All gift cards will be distributed to the individual teams upon arrival.
