About Us
A Brief History
The Calgary Synchronized Skating Club, formerly known as Calgary Precision, was formed in May of 1995 and is home to the dynamic Black Gold teams.
Club Structure
CSSC is not directly affiliated with any other figure skating club, which allows the club to focus specifically on coaching, skills and training for synchronized skating. In addition to enjoying the camaraderie and team environment of synchronized skating, many of our members also skate for other Calgary area figure skating clubs where they train and pursue their individual goals.
Coaching
The experienced and professional coaching staff have been key to the success of the club and have brought a high level of skating, choreography, performance and enthusiasm to this group of dedicated skaters.
In the Community
CSSC strongly believes that healthy communities build better environments for children, and healthy children are the fuel for strong communities. Helping to build these healthy communities while promoting synchronized skating is a big part of who we are as a club.
