About Elite Synchro
Novice Synchronized Skating

Teams consist of 12 to16 skaters. Age: Must meet ISU Novice age criteria (skaters must have reached the age of 10 but must not have reached the age of 15 before July 1 preceding the competition |
A Free Skating Program to music of 3:00 +/-10 seconds. A well-balanced Novice Synchronized Skating program contains:

This competition consists of two parts: Free Program #1 and Free Program #2. The same free program is skated in both parts. |
Junior Synchronized Skating
|
Teams consist of 16 skaters. Age: Must meet ISU Junior age criteria (skaters must have reached the age of 13 but must not have reached the age of 19 before July 1 preceding the competition). |
A Short Program to music a maximum of 2:50 in length containing the list of elements announced by the ISU for the current season:

A Free Skating Program to music 3:30 +/- 10 seconds. A well-balanced Junior Synchronized Skating Free Skating Program contains:

Calgary Synchronized Skating Club has been representing Western Canada within the Canadian Synchronized Skating community for over 25 years and has a wealth of experience and connections within the sport. We are consistently at the top of our categories in Western Canada and compete consistently nationally.
Our exceptional coaching team brings a diverse level of experience and strength to the sport, while utilizing connections with relevant experts!
